Thursdays: Meatball Sandwich

Simple and deliciously satisfying. Meatball is a great dish for large parties because you can make most of it ahead of time. Then as your guest arrive you can start slathering on your pre made sauce and into the oven they go.

We used the Meatball Shop’s Classic Meatball recipe. Plus lots and lots of minced garlic. We used nearly a hand full. Oh, and a little bit more salt too. Acme Bread was served on the side.

For dessert, an apple pie was made from Fuji apples. It turned out perfectly to my delight. All thanks to Pim’s One Pie Dough recipe.
