Thursdays: Roast, Soba and Crumble
Back from our October break. Last month, Soraj and I went to Thailand / Japan and Cindy and her family went to New York. You can read more about our Japan trip here. So because of the traveling we took a small break from our Thursday dinners. But we are back and excited to regularly share photos.
Pictured here are Momofuku’s Ginger Scallion Noodles served with a simple roast and pureed Kimchi. For dessert a Berry Crumble. The crumble was excellent and made us go back for seconds and thirds. The recipe is from our friend Linda’s food blog.
