SHIPPING INFO:
Jewelry shipping is $6.75 flat fee (Domestic Priority).
We ship all packages with USPS Priority Mail.
Shipment to Canada, Mexico and Central America is $15 flat fee (international Priority).
For international shipping to the Western Europe, intl' Priority shipping is $20.
Shipment to Australia and New Zealand is $25.00 flat fee (international Priority)
All others, please contact us for more info.
Intl' buyers are responsible for custom clearence and related duties.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock we will notify you immediately.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
We guarantee that your Pineapple Seed piece is free of defects such as breakage for 6 months from your purchase date.
If for any reason you are not completely satified with your purchase we are happy to replace your purchase with another selection or refund the credit card you used to make the purchase. Jewelry returns are accepted (unworn) within 14 days, with a $8.00 restocking fee.

For your security, please return your order using an insured courier such as USPS and keep your reciept. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
